Red Deer bikes and components meets or exceeds the American Standard, Australian Standard, and European Standard in accordance with European Community.

 

BIKE CARE AND CLEANING

 

Do not leave your bike in direct sunlight under high temperatures, as this may damage your bike and its components. Your Red Deer bike case has been designed to protect your bike during transport. Always make sure the bike is free from dust, mud and debris prior to storage.

Red Deer want to know if there's a problem with your order or product. If you receive the wrong item, the wrong order or duplicate orders, or if you don't receive your order in the expected timeframe, please contact us via email (sales@reddeerbikes.com).

 

ERROR TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

 

We will occasionally send your order before the carrier is able to provide information on their website. If you tried checking your tracking number and received a message saying they were unable to track your shipment, please allow a short period of time (a few hours) and try again.

 

HOW TO BECOME A RED DEER RETAILER

 

If you’re interested in becoming an authorized Red Deer retailer, you must have a business license (issued by your local government) and a retail store front.
